Sign up at snack at the bottom of the amphitheater for the hug a balloon contest with a partner during lunch! Friday, 3/17 – Last day of Spirit Week – Wear your Class Colors: Freshmen and Seniors – wear black; Sophomores wear green, and Juniors wear white!

NEW - Kiwanis Club of Glendale is offering Clark two scholarships for graduating seniors for $1,250 each. Applicants must have a 3.25 or higher GPA, extracurricular activities involving not only academic programs, but also community service. Financial need is an important consideration. Applicants will be interviewed in April. This is not an online process - see Mrs. Bondy TODAY for the simple 2-page application. Applications due to Mrs. Bondy by March 29, 2017!

HELP CHANGE THE FUTURE OF BIOMEDICAL RESEARCH - Apply now to La Biomed’s Summer Fellow Program – Fellowships begin Monday, June 19, 2017 and continue through Friday, August 11, 2017. Students receive a stipend of $2,200 for uninterrupted participation in the program. Completed applications must be submitted by Wednesday, March 22, 2017. Coastal Marine Biolabs (CMB) cordially invites rising juniors and seniors (current 10th and 11th grade) to apply for participation in 2017 summer research institutes offered through the NeuroLab program, an education research project funded by a National Institutes of Health Science Education Partnership Award. Learn how scientists peer in to the nervous system and study the role of genes and gene products in establishing connectivity among neurons….more detailed program information and the application can be found on the NeuroLab website at: www.NeuroLabSEPA.org (you will have to create a login account). Students are strongly encouraged to review the information contained on the NeuroLab website – and to discuss this opportunity with their parents– BEFORE initiating the online enrollment process.
