Volunteer Service Hours Reporting System

To all Clark Magnet students and parents,

Community Service is required for 9th grade students - ten (10) hours-you must use the Community Service form-follow the instructions given by your College/Career Prep teacher.  It is recommended that all students continue serving their community during your high school years.  We have an online tracking and reporting system for volunteer hours:  This system will allow Clark staff to eliminate keeping paper forms and centralize the information.   You can still use the Community Service form and have it signed by your volunteer supervisor(s) and keep for your records until you graduate!  X2VOL will allow the students to enter their volunteer service hours online at any time, as well as check for volunteer opportunities and sign up for them, receive reminders about the opportunities and print a service hour log that can be used for college applications.

Students will need the email address and name of the person they volunteer for ("supervisor").  Once hours are recorded on, their "supervisor" will receive an email requesting confirmation of the hours claimed and Dr. Landisi will approve them.

All students need to keep accurate records of their community service hours until graduation from Clark.  Click here to open form.
9th grade students:  Select the "Login" tab; under the requested information, select "First Time User".  Follow the instructions.
10-12th grade students, if you have set up your account on x2Vol, you need to login.  If you have not set up your account, you will need to log in as "First Time user"; follow the instructions.  If you have any questions please email Dr. Landisi:
